How do I check my order status?

You will receive order confirmation via email when your order has been accepted. In addition, you will also receive notification regarding the status of delivery.

 

How many days will delivery take?

All products are delivered from Hong Kong. The exact delivery time varies according to the country you live in. 

 

How can I change my order after it has been placed? 

Because we try to deliver your order as quick as possible, it is not possible for us to alter your order once you have made payment. This means you can’t change delivery address either. Therefore, before you process your payment, double check to make sure everything is in order and delivery address is correct.    

 

Can I cancel an order?

Once we receive your order, we do our best to deliver it to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot cancel your order once it enters our system.  

 

Can I exchange or refund?

We do not accept any exchanges or refunds. However, product can be exchanged if there is manufacturing defect. If you have received damaged or defective product upon arrival, please email a photo of any damaged items along with the invoice number and a description of the damage to sales@letsparty.com.hk  within 24 hours of receipt.

 

What are Custom Duties and Taxes Charges?

Custom Duties and Taxes may be charged according to your shipping destination and it isn’t included in the product price. Please bear in mind that there might be additional Custom Duty and Tax charged according to your country of residence. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
